For I know the Plans for You, declares the Lord, plans to Prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you Hope and a FUTURE.
Jeremiah 29:11
Mission
Passion for Humanity enters into the suffering of women’s lives — especially those nearing homelessness — and offers hope through financial resources, authentic love, and counsel.
Vision
Our long-term vision is to establish the Rosa Mystica House of Healing—a Christ-centered residential home where women can experience physical, psychological, and spiritual restoration while developing life skills that empower them to rebuild their lives. By living in community, they will discover a sense of belonging, overcome loneliness, and cultivate healthy habits and behaviors that lead to lasting transformation, preparing them to return to the world with confidence, resilience, and the tools to face life’s challenges with hope.
Rooted
Our program is rooted in Christian anthropology, recognizing that every person is made in the image and likeness of God. With eternity in mind as the ultimate goal, we draw on biblical wisdom, are guided by prayer, and teach to pursue a life of virtue. In this way, we seek to form women who desire to do God’s will and live in the fullness of their dignity as His beloved daughters.
Relational
We embrace a model of accompaniment with accountability. We walk alongside each woman as both mentor and advocate—guiding her in setting realistic goals and supporting her in achieving them.
Holistic
We acknowledge the whole person—body, soul, and spirit. We partner with professionals to promote physical and mental health, provide guidance in practical life skills, as well as offer spiritual support that nurtures lasting growth and healing.
Our Three Pillars
These three pillars invite every client and team member to live with purpose, grow in virtue, and respond to life’s challenges with wisdom, courage, and hope.
Pillar I: Identity & Interior Life
We affirm the inherent dignity of every person as made in the likeness of God.
We cultivate a life of prayer, surrender, and trust in God’s providence.
We believe that every joy and suffering contributes to a unique and purposeful mission.
Pillar II: Virtuous Dispositions
We practice gratitude and forgiveness.
We choose courage and prudence daily.
We live simply, serve generously, and resist comparison.
Pillar III: Practical Wisdom for Living
We establish healthy boundaries that protect emotional and mental well-being.
We seek wise counsel and professional guidance when needed.
We develop sound decision-making, goal-setting, and resilience through life’s challenges.
